You will be part of the remarkable success of Thistle Manor and join the existing experienced staff team. You will be involved in variety of jobs including:

 

  • Acting as a Named Nurse/ Key Worker for an allocated group of individuals;

  • Providing supervision to the team in line with procedure;

  • Forming part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in meetings and reviews;

  • Preparing personalised care plans;

  • Completing the Recovery Star Model and Nursing Assessments/ Reports;

  • Supporting individuals' through their care pathway;

 

Thistle Manor will invest in your future to:

 

  • Develop your understanding of the Care Quality Commission standards;

  • Improve your communication and team behaviour;

  • Offer appropriate training to your role through mandatory courses and additional personal professional development to improve you as an employee and the service as a whole;

  • Support and funding to undertake specific CPD training that will develop you as an individual and allow you to pass your acquired knowledge on to other members of the team;

  •  Details to be discussed at interview;

  • Basic starting hourly rate of £21.00 plus
